ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The next chapter in the life of the former Mill Site is coming.

Since the Tribe purchased development rights to the property in 2021, Port Gamble S’Klallam Natural Resources has been working with an outside consultant on design concepts for the site, including recreation and restoration components.

Below please find presentation boards and video presentations on the overall project and the three current concepts, known as Tide Forms, Weaving, and Journey. Depending on feedback, elements from multiple concepts may be used in the final design.
