Good Morning PGST Elders! We leave on Monday, September 11, 2023 for Las Vegas and wanted to give an update on the transportation to the airport. For all of the elders that signed up to be picked up at their homes we will start to pick up at 5:30 am on Monday morning; we are taking vans to the airport instead of the bus as we have previously. We want to be on the road to the airport by 6:00/6:15am at the latest as we except traffic to be a bit heavy due to the Bainbridge Island ferry closure.
For those of you meeting at the tribal center for a ride, please be there by 5:50am to get loaded into the vans. For those of you meeting us at the airport, if you need your confirmation numbers to print out your boarding passes, please send me an email cmiller@pgst.nsn.usor call me at 360-297-9665 or 360-689-7958 and I will send you your confirmation number.
Please remember to have your ID with you, and if you are checking a bag, there is a 50lb limit and a 30.00 checked bag fee that you will be responsible for.
For the elders driving to Las Vegas, when you arrive you may check into your rooms, if they are ready, the hotel has your names. We will distribute the per diem and deposits refunds on Monday to everyone.
