submission.
Introduction
The Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe (Contracting Party) is seeking proposals for an Energy
Sovereignty Program Logo. Designs should relate to the culture, history, and/or landscape of the
Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe. Inclusion of the sun, solar panels, batteries, lighting bolts, or other
energy-related symbols is encouraged.
The chosen artist will receive compensation of $500.
Timeline
January 27, 2026: Call posted
February 28, 2026: Artist submissions due
March 27, 2026: Artist selection notification (this date may vary slightly due to review process
scheduling)
Submission Guidelines/Requirements
• Artists must PGST Enrolled.
• Artwork submitted must not currently appear (nor have been previously used).
• Four logo versions:
o Color – with “Energy Sovereignty Program”
o Color – no words
o Grayscale – with “Energy Sovereignty Program”
o Grayscale – no words
• There are no specific color requirements, but the usage of green is preferred.
• No more than three distinct colors should be used (not including black).

Logo”. All materials must be submitted by February 28, 2026; late submissions will not be
accepted.
In the body of the email include:
• Your Name
• Phone Number
• Website Portfolio Link (if applicable)
• Statement of Interest (500 words or less)
Art Attachment:
• Proposed color logo
• Proposed grayscale logo
• Please note: If selected, the artist must supply each of the four logo versions in both
vector file format (.ai, .eps, .svg) and raster file format (.png).
