Child & Family Services: Vulnerable Adult

Programs/services offered:

• Case management services for vulnerable adults of any age
• Service referrals
• Chore service referrals and follow up
• Protective Payee Services
• Adult Protective Service investigations
• Supportive services for Elders, including assisting them in remaining in their homes when transitioning from a hospital or care facility
• Tribal Navigators (CARES program), who can provide referral services—on and off reservation0—to all Tribal and community members for any service they may need
• A Special Needs Advocate, who can provide case management and referral services to any person with special needs.
