The Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe seeks a consultant to assess and enhance their Tribal Gaming Law Code 20 and develop Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS) to exceed NIGC standards and align with the Tribal-State Compact. The Tribe, located on Washington State’s Kitsap Peninsula, operates a government with a Tribal Council overseeing various services and businesses, including a casino.

The consultant’s tasks include defining regulatory processes, developing comprehensive regulations, and recommending amendments to the Tribal Gaming Law Code 20.

  • Proposals are due by July 10, 2024, and must include a letter of interest, qualifications, key personnel biographies, relevant experience, client references, service costs, and availability.
