BIRTH TO PRE K SUPPLEMENTAL CLOTHING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
On 8/12/24, the Tribal Council REVISED Policy 21-P-112. This policy is to help provide supplemental clothing assistance to children 0-Prekindergarten to ensure young children have the security of warm clothing in the fall and winter.
ENROLLED Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Members ages 0-PREKINDERGARTEN will receive assistance of $200.00 upon completion and submission of the application. This will be disbursed in the form of a check or direct deposit (if you are set up through accounting). Necessary requirements below:
CRITERIA:
ENROLLED Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Members ages 0-PREKINDERGARTEN that complete and submit an application within the specified time frame.
APPLICATIONS:
Applications will be available on Tuesday October 15, 2024 and accepted through Tuesday October 29, 2024 at 4:30 PST. They can be found online at pgst.nsn.us, in the community memo, or at the front desk of the main Tribal Center.
The deadline for applications is Tuesday October 29, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. PST. No exceptions will be made. Applications must be completed, signed and submitted by the deadline. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION:
Applications can be emailed to vouchers@pgst.nsn.us or dropped off in the Black drop box in FRONT OF THE TRIBAL CENTER (left side). PLEASE DO NOT HAND TO STAFF.
CHECK DISTRIBUTION DATE
IF you are not set up for direct deposit, you will get a check. Checks will be available for pick up on Friday November 1, 2024.
CHECK PICK UP/MAILING
Checks can be picked up from the Accounting office. Checks that are not picked up from Accounting, will be mailed out on Tuesday. Note: Checks will be mailed to the address on file with Enrollment. If you are already set up for direct deposit through accounting, you will not have a check.
