ADVISORY COMMITTEES OPEN POSITIONS
Tribal Council is seeking interested tribal members to serve on the following Advisory Committees:
- Law and Order Committee (1 position) – Closes March 27th 2024
The position will be appointed Spring 2024 and expire in Spring 2028 (4-year terms). Law and Order Committee members serve as the voice of the community to review proposed law changes before they are presented to Tribal Council.The Law & Order Committee meets on the second Tuesday of each month and receive a $100 stipend for each meeting attended.
- Lot Committee (3 positions) – Closes April 3rd
These positions will be appointed in Spring 2024 and expire in Spring 2028 (4-year terms). Lot Advisory Committee members receive a $100 stipend for each LAC meeting attended. LAC Mission and Goals can be found on the PGST website under the Special Projects Department link. The LAC meets on average every other month, or as needed when issues arise.
- Investment Committee (1 position) – Closes April 3rd
The position will be appointed in Spring 2024 and expire in Spring 2028 (4-year terms). Investment Committee members receive a $100 stipend for each meeting attended. The committee monitors and advises on the management of funds and other investment options. The committee meets quarterly, or as needed.
