The PGST Health Center is partnering with Bloodworks NW on a blood drive event for Thursday, April 6 and Friday, April 7. On both days, the drive will go from 10 am to 4 pm in the Longhouse.
Blood donations like those raised from this upcoming drive provide life-saving blood to millions of Americans each year. These donations are essential to help people survive surgeries, cancer treatment, accidents, natural disasters, chronic illnesses, and more.
To give blood during this drive, you must schedule an appointment and be over 16 years of age. A photo ID and mask are required at time of appointment. You do not need to know your blood type to donate.
If you have received or plan to receive the COVID-19 vaccine recently, there is no deferral from donating!
