Child & Family Services: CARES: Community Advocacy & Resource Services
The Community Advocacy & Resource Services Program helps strengthen the Port Gamble S’Klallam community by providing guidance, tools, support, and encouragement by connecting Tribal community members to available resources.
We provide referrals to other departments within the Tribe and with outside agencies(county and state), including:
- Career & Education
- Child & Family Services
- Court Services
- Cultural Resources
- Early Childhood Education
- Health and Wellness Services
- Housing
- Human Resources
- Natural Resources
- DSHS
- Social Security
We can assist with:
- Applications
- Transportation
- Eligibility requirements
- Coordination of services
