Due to a conversion in the software used the determine basic food eligibility, the Family Assistance Program will not be able to process eligibility for the service or issue EBT cards on Monday, August 14 and Tuesday, August 15. In addition, CSOs and the Call Center will be closed on these days.
During the closure, paperwork can be dropped off with appropriate staff, but won’t be processed until offices are reopened and systems are online. We are anticipating a return to regular services on Wednesday, August 16 at 8 am.
