The Port Gamble S’Klallam Housing Authority (PGSHA) intends to apply for the Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
While the grant has many purposes related to housing, PGSHA intends to apply for the PRICE Replacement Grant. The goal of the grant is to, “assist in the redevelopment of manufactured homes as affordable replacement housing,” meaning, if PGSHA is awarded, applications will be accepted to replace manufactured homes, IF the grant is awarded.
PGSHA is accepting public comments until May 20, 2024.
