The Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe’s Natural Resources Department (Department) is seeking a consultant to develop a Title 34 Guidance Document that supports the Department’s new Law & Order Code, Title 34, for environmental protection on the Tribe’s lands. The Title 34 Guidance Document will serve as a technical manual for implementing the code, including environmental and environment permit review checklists. Adoption of Title 34 is anticipated later this year and the Guidance Document will be needed for Title 34 implementation.
