- Case management services for vulnerable adults of any age
- Service referrals
- Chore service referrals and follow up
- Protective Payee Services
- Adult Protective Service investigations
- Supportive services for Elders, including assisting them in remaining in their homes when transitioning from a hospital or care facility
- Tribal Navigators (CARES program), who can provide referral services—on and off reservation0—to all Tribal and community members for any service they may need
- A Special Needs Advocate, who can provide case management and referral services to any person with special needs.
