Warrior Ridge Apartments will be ready for move in on February 1, 2024 for those that have been approved as tenants.
This lengthy delay is the result of internal disagreements within Puget Sound Energy, which resulted in the delay of meter installation to the units. Housing was just provided the details of this delay by the contractor, Clark Construction, after the Site Superintendent met with Puget Sound Energy Tuesday afternoon.
Internet being provided by the Tribe will not be installed until the end of January; additionally, Comcast is working with Housing and the Tribe’s IT department to provide a different source for internet services.
Housing has also been contacting providers such as Direct TV to get clear instructions for tenants of Warrior Ridge who want to receive services.
