On Saturday, December 2, at the Poulsbo Walmart, law enforcement officers throughout Kitsap County and members from the local military gathered for 2023’s Shop with a Cop.
Port Gamble S’Klallam Child and Family Services provided a list of children to participate. The children received a police escort to the event with the convey being lead by Santa!
The Kitsap Shop with a Cop program is a nonprofit organization that provides local kids the opportunity to purchase gifts for family and friends. Through donations and fundraising, this year’s program provided approximately 150 children throughout Kitsap County $200 for holiday shopping.
