The Cultural and Natural Resources Departments invite artists to submit Statements of Interest for art pieces to be displayed at the Nəx̣ʷqɬyt Point Park, the conservation easement located across from Point Julia.
These pieces will celebrate the Port Gamble S’Klallam people and the ancestral ties to the area, from time immemorial to today. Port Gamble S’Klallam artists will be selected for this opportunity. Both established and emerging artists are encouraged to apply.
Submissions of interest are due by March 1 at 11 pm online, or 4:30 pm in person at the Cultural Department, Natural Resources, or the Front Desk.
