As we prepare for the upcoming Fall General Council meeting, Enrollment staff would like to remind everyone that COMPLETED enrollment applications for Enrollment by Adoption must be submitted by August 31st, 2026, no later than 4:30 pm, to be considered for the General Council Ballot.
Applications can be obtained from the PGST website, the front desk, or the enrollment clerk. The documents are also linked below. Please ensure that your application is complete with all required documentation before submitting. Completed applications may be returned to the front desk or directly to the enrollment clerk.
