The Gaming Commission is posting its second proposed regulation (Chapter 5, Regulations on Regulations) for public comment through June 12, 2026.
In summation, Chapter 5 covers how the Commission will change its own regulations moving forward. It sets the process for public notice and comment on any future updates to the Gaming Regulations. Like Chapter 3, it doesn’t affect casino employees, vendors, or patrons. Future chapters covering gaming operations will be presented together in July.
