We have been made aware that there is an issue with the pharmacy (possibly multiple pharmacies in the area) not being able to bill the prescription copays for PRC members and they are unable to release the medications until it is paid in full.
We are working on a temporary solution. In the meantime, you may pay the copay and submit your receipt to the PRC office for reimbursement.
